Born in Balfour to Fergus and AmayahLedger was born 2 years after his mother secretly adopted Tolliver.
CHILD HISTORY:

Mila was born when he was 4.
PRE-TEEN HISTORY:
Begins apprenticing in his father’s blacksmith shop. Does the work well, keeps up with jobs. Even does creative things with metal early on. Wants to invent things and create. (Makes a windmill out of metal. Gives it to Alouette in Chapter 1.)
Meets a winged girl when he is 12. They play together and she even takes him for a flight behind the mountain, out of sight of his village.
TEEN HISTORY:
He loves flying with her and when he is 16, she is unable to lift him anymore. So he is on a mission to invent something to help him fly with her again.
At age 17 the island returns and Alouette is gone. He is devastated. He has to find out what happened to his friend and her people. He can’t understand why no one else wants to find out.
Builds flying contraption to fly to island, searches it and returns to tell them the news. He decides he is going to fly back and ride the island around the world to find her.
INTERESTS:
